Who is Philip Dru???
As administrator of the Big Brother/Conspiracy Theory community, I will be posting as Philip Dru, a fictional character in the book: Philip Dru: Administrator. This book was secretly published in 1912 by Colonel Edward Mandell House, President Woodrow Wilson's most influential presidential advisor. I have wanted to read this book for a long time, and when I first ordered the book through Amazon.com, back in 1999, it was out of print and they could never find a copy. Recently, I found that the book is now back in print, and so I ordered a copy.

In the book Colonel House says his goal is for "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx." The book describes the conspiracy to capture both political parties and use them to create a socialist world government. The plan includes electing a president by using "deception regarding his real opinions and intentions." The book calls for a graduated income tax and establishing a state-controlled central bank. These laws were actually passed back in 1913, and many other goals outlined in the book also became reality. House called for a one-world government, one-world army, and one-world economy ruled by an Anglo-Saxon financial oligarchy with a dictator served by a 12 man council.
